About the Event

Why worry about what we cannot change?

The Discipline of Delaying Distress is a group working session to streamline and strategize away from unnecessary and unproductive stress.

Presented by Holly McIlwain, founder of Brave Women Project. Holly is a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst with DISC, with CPDFA, GALLUP Certified Strengths Coach/Trainer, the author of "For She Who Leads: Practical Wisdom from a Woman who Serves”, “For SheWho Grieves: Practical Wisdom for Living Hope”, and a contributing author in “Twenty Won”.

Professionally, Holly serves as the Talent Development Partner on the leadership team of Winner Partners, a retained executive search firm and has a strong consulting and coaching practice throughout the Greater Pittsburgh Area.

”I focus on People + Culture, because I believe that work should never just be work, and that people matter. I work with leaders who have a passion for serving the WHOLE PERSON as a strategy for the recruitment and retention of great talent, and I’m the founder of a high impact not for profit, Brave Women Project, in addition to supporting the work of Winner Partners,” remarks Holly.

“At the end of the (work)day, I exist to create sustainable and harmonious solutions to the ever vexing myth of work/life balance by providing talent solutions and leadership development with the perfect fit for organizations and businesses with 20 years of expertise is in training, program development, and procedure enhancement. I have the reputation as “go-to” person; highly energetic, creative and known for consistent execution and delivery.”

With this attitude, Holly will work with our group to navigate the narrow spaces a little more nimbly.
